MILPRO® is an efficacious, broad spectrum allwormer tablet made from proven and trusted active ingredients. Every animal has a different lifestyle and will require tailored worming to suit their needs.
MILPRO’s innovative, highly palatable liver-flavoured film-coating and small, ovoid tablet shape ensure the tablet is readily accepted by your pet. The tablets are scored to ensure accurate dosing.
MILPRO treats and controls all major intestinal worms found in cats and dogs, including roundworm, hookworm, whipworm and tapeworm, including hydatids. When used monthly, MILPRO prevents heartworm.
Fleas are intermediate hosts for tapeworm (Dipylidium caninum). Effective flea control will reduce the incidence of tapeworm.
If worm problems persist, consult a veterinarian.
MILPRO for Cats is safe for use in cats and kittens from 6 weeks of age and weighing at least 0.5kg. The cat formulation is not suitable for use in dogs.
Dosage and administration
Your veterinarian can advise on the correct dosage of MILPRO to suit your pet’s specific needs. In heartworm risk areas, or if your pet’s heartworm status is unknown, consult your veterinarian before use as your pet may need to be examined for existing heartworm infection.
- Weigh your pet to ensure accurate dosing.
- Tablets should be administered orally, either with or after food.
- When administering the tablets, be certain that the entire dose is consumed. Watch for several minutes following treatment to be sure that the entire dose has been eaten. lf the entire dose is not eaten, redose as soon as possible with the full dose.
- Half tablets may be kept for use in the original blister for up to six months after the first half was used.
